"The Dinerware and J2 [touchscreen] solution is working well. It is very budget-friendly and robust. Dinerware and the J2s are a great fit for our business."
-Russell White, IT Manager of Moe's Original Bar B Que

Dinerware just received a recent case study about the success our customer, Moe's Original Bar B Que, has enjoyed since implementing Dinerware POS in 2009 when they transitioned from a simple till and cash drawer to their first restaurant POS system. Moe's, like many other small, independent restaurateurs, thrived and expanded to 26 locations in under a decade after successfully implementing a touchscreen POS system for their restaurant. Like Dinerware's other customers, Moe's loves Dinerware's ease of installation, simplicity of use, and automated reporting features. Here's an excerpt of what they had to say:

“Moe’s point-of-sale technology has followed the trajectory of its business growth. 'We were originally a ‘Mom & Pop’ roadside BBQ stand and used a simple till and cash drawer. Once our first fixed location was opened, we moved to cash registers.' The move to a sophisticated EPoS solution did not come until 2009 when the business engaged with Dinerware."
